EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years relevant experience

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving full price retail sell thru and promote other areas of opportunity for growth.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •          Plan and conduct monthly and seasonal product knowledge meetings by account
  •          Ensures visual and merchandising standards are in line with the St John visual merchandising directive
  •          Provide daily recaps of account visits and or events
  •          Partners with accounts on appropriate staffing and census
  •          Communicates assortment needs and/or opportunities with Account Manager and/or Buyer
  •          Plan seasonal Marketing and Promotional strategy by account and store
  •          Maintain and continue to grow relationships with all store personnel including Sr. Management
  •          Partner with St John Marketing and Promotions to guarantee the brand standards on events are maintained
  •          Provide guidance and expertise during sales events with the goal of growing and maintaining the customer base
  •          Support Personal Appearances, elevated sales initiatives and trunk shows in key accounts

Education/Experience:

  •          3-4 years luxury wholesale account management experience
  •          In depth experience partnering with major luxury wholesale accounts. (Ex. Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, etc)
  •          Experience with women's RTW
  •          Strong computer skills, MS Office
  •          Ability to communicate with all levels of professionals
